Expert to Address Sex Business Bill
Columbia, SC, March 26, 2008 – Attorney Scott Bergthold of the Bergthold Law Firm in Chattanooga, Tennessee will testify before a House subcommittee tomorrow, Thursday, March 27 on H3679, a bill to limit Sexually-Oriented Businesses (aka “Gentlemen’s Clubs” aka “Strip Bars”).
Bergthold is an adult business law specialist who has been retained by Palmetto Family Council to advise the organization on the bill. The purpose of the bill is to prevent patrons and performers from touching one another as a part of the services provided by the business.
