This has got to be one of the most stupid pieces of legistlation. In this new law, the loan for these so-called improvements does not carry forward with the homeowner if the property is sold. It is married to the property. What are the most popular types of loans in low-income neighborhoods? Why, government backed loans, of course. So what happens if one of these properties with one of these energy loans is foreclosed upon? The government will have to take it over, along with the rest of the house.
It was nice to know that the government are so into energy efficiency nowadays. I agree that energy efficiency leads to lowering utility bills and saving you money that is why we really have to be very keen in choosing the right product that could really save us money and will last long.
