WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) will hold a press conference today, Monday, February 15 to discuss the trials of Khalid Sheikh Mohammad (KSM) and the 9/11 co-conspirators in civilian court.  Graham favors trial by military commission.
Graham will be joined by William W. ‘Billy’ Wilkins who served as the former Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in Richmond, Virginia
