Former SC Attorney General Charlie Condon Endorses Robert Bolchoz

Bolchoz Possesses Prosecution, Executive, and Business Experience

Columbia, South Carolina – May 3, 2010 – Conservative Republican candidate, Robert Bolchoz, today announced that former Attorney General Charlie Condon has endorsed Bolchoz’s candidacy as South Carolina’s next Attorney General.

“The Constitution of South Carolina unlike most states makes the Attorney General of South Carolina the state’s chief prosecutor” said Condon. “The next Attorney General like the last two Republican Attorneys General (McMaster and Condon) must possess strong prosecution experience as well as executive experience.  Robert Bolchoz is the only candidate running that has these qualifications.  He has a very successful prosecution track record both at the local level and at the statewide level, and, as my Chief Deputy Attorney General, Robert has outstanding executive experience.  Robert is also pro-life, is a wonderful family man, and truly supports conservative principles of limited government and the free enterprise system. Robert is also the only candidate with business experience which is a real plus as South Carolina focuses on much needed job creation in the private sector.”

“I’m honored to have Charlie’s support and have him part of my team,” said Bolchoz. “I worked with Charlie to push for the ‘Victims Bill of Rights’ which required crime victims to be treated with fairness, respect and dignity. I’m truly grateful for Charlie’s years of guidance but more importantly his friendship.”

Condon’s public service career started as an Assistant Solicitor, Solicitor of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, representing the citizens of Charleston and Berkeley counties and Attorney General for the State of South Carolina.
